Audit Manager Leaders oversee the planning and execution of audits, reviews or compilations to deliver top-tier client service to various industries. This role involves managing engagement teams, supervising staff, and collaborating with partners on client issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audit engagements from staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting and conclusion
  • Provide supervision and support to engagement staff, seniors and supervisors, promoting open communication to the engagement partner
  • Collaborate with engagement team partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory and accounting issues
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines efficiently

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in accounting or Masters; CPA preferred


• At least 7-10 years of public accounting experience, leading multiple engagements and supervising staff. Experience auditing real estate, technology and financial services clients is a plus


• Excellent analytical, technical and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP


• Exceptional client service and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships


• Ability to manage competing projects and priorities


• Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to represent the firm well to clients


• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills
