Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Architect to join our team.
  • This role involves assisting in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution, including preparation of presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
  • Responsibilities also include working on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs, as well as coordinating with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision.
  • In addition, successful candidates will support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required.
  • Research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices is also an essential part of this role.
  • Candidates should be able to participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions, bringing their creativity and expertise to the table.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution is required for this position.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors are essential qualities for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is necessary, with familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion being a plus.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills are crucial for effective collaboration and project delivery.
  • The ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment is also highly valued.
