Job Title: Warranty Claims Specialist

We are inviting applications for the role of Warranty Claims Specialist.

In this role, you will support stakeholders to perform financial analysis, data analytics, and contract analysis to adjudicate warranty claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Review warranty claims from customers or authorized service centers to ensure they meet specified criteria and contain necessary documentation.
  • Verify if the claimed product is covered under warranty based on terms and conditions set by the company.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their warranty claims, requesting additional information or documentation as needed.
  • Process payments for reimbursement of repairs or replacements made by customers, verifying invoices or receipts and calculating eligible reimbursement amounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims processed, including details of the claim, communication with the customer, and any repairs or replacements made.
  • Handle customer complaints or disputes related to warranty claims, investigating the issue and working towards a satisfactory resolution.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the warranty claim process, identifying common issues or bottlenecks and proposing process changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or MBA, or equivalent.
  • Superior communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to frame decisions for senior management and drive optimized decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and meet/exceed goals.
