ISO Program Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven ISO Program Manager to lead R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have experience in gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit prep, as well as delivering clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Running gap analyses, internal audits, and external audit prep
  • Guiding clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems
  • Partnering with the Chief Consultant on strategy, timelines, and project execution
  • Maintaining client compliance calendars to keep everything on track

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001)
  • 5–10 years of hands-on ISO and compliance experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Bonus: knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards
  • Excellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications)
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
  • A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern email tools
