Business Development Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager.

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Bid for and secure new business to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and trust.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
