Print Production Coordinator


About the Role:

The Print Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing client's day-to-day print execution, driving timely deliverables through project management. This role requires a strong ability to manage client expectations, adhere to their processes and policies, and provide technical support to minimize costs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Client's project expectations by providing clear communication and setting realistic deadlines.
  • Adhere to Client's process and policies in delivering work tasks in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Provide technical support and advice to minimize costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall project outcomes.
  • Partner with artwork studios and printers to drive quality prints and maintain consistency across different projects.
  • Extend support during the design phase through the artwork process, review, and help identify potential risks.
  • Lead conversations with stakeholders during color assessment on print work, ensuring accurate and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to track project timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Manage color standards storage and arrange courier services as required.
  • Take initiative and proactively resolve challenges, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of progressive print production experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Client-facing experience and prior experience in Project/Account management.
  • Familiarity with Color Management or Separation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of various print methods (e.g., Offset, Flexo, or Gravure).
  • Excellent analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients or vendors.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
