About the Role

Crossroads School of Music is seeking a motivated and skilled Coordinator-cum-Faculty to join our expanding academic initiatives, including our newly signed partnership with Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology. This hybrid role blends academic teaching and institutional coordination to ensure the smooth execution of music production programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students in Music Production, covering areas like DAWs, mixing, synthesis, and live workflows
  • Coordinate academic operations, including timetables, attendance, evaluation tracking, and curriculum delivery
  • Act as a liaison between management, faculty, and institutional partners for project planning and implementation
  • Support and contribute to the development of national and international academic collaborations
  • Oversee the execution of events, practical sessions, workshops, and student showcases
  • Ensure communication flows effectively across all stakeholders—students, staff, and administrative bodies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in music production
  • Proven ability in academic coordination or curriculum administration
  • Strong knowledge of music production tools (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton Live, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to relocate or travel to different Crossroads campuses or partner sites as needed

  • Experience developing syllabi or academic frameworks
  • Exposure to international music education environments or collaboration platforms
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive projects independently
Compensation

Remuneration will be competitive and based on the candidate's qualifications and experience, with scope for performance-based progression.
