About the Role
NxtWave is seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to fill the position of Strategic Partnerships Manager. This role requires identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across academia, industry, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing strategic collaborations with industry partners for internships, workshops, expert talks, and other initiatives.
  • Creating compelling presentations and proposals that communicate the value proposition of NxtWave's products and offerings.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and university stakeholders to execute partnership programs.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing partners and tracking their engagement with NxtWave.
  • Optimizing the impact of partnerships on student learning, placement opportunities, and brand building.

Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of B2B dynamics and partnership ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and leveraging Generative AI tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
