Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure to ensure the stability and efficiency of our network operations.

  • Design and implement network infrastructure, including Aruba SDWAN, Cisco ACI, and NetScaler Load Balancer.
  • Perform routine network maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Lead and participate in engineering projects, including network upgrades, expansions, and new implementations.
  • Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and project initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and other IT staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering and operations is also required.

  • In-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols and technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting complex network environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred skills include:

  • Routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP/TCP-IP/HSRP/VRRP/TRUNKING/ETHERCHANNEL)
  • SD-WAN (SilverPeak, Cisco Viptela, or similar)
  • Load balancing (BIG IP F5 or NetScaler)
  • Cisco ACI is an advantage
  • Azure networking
  • Python scripting and network automation
  • Firewall management and Security Protocols
  • Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar
