AI/ML Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML solutions engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning models, working with large language models, optimizing pipelines, and contributing to scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model Design and Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
  • LMs and NLP: Work on large language models, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Optimize ML pipelines for performance and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and product managers.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and suggest improvements for implementation.
  • Experimentation and Integration: Conduct experiments, validate results, and integrate solutions into production.
  • Model Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve deployed models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • LM Experience: Experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning large models.
  • ML Pipeline Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ML pipelines, data preprocessing, and deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI).
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Software Development Practices: Good understanding of software development practices, Git, CI/CD.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
