We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our senior management team in Worli, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior management with administrative tasks and duties
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google suite are essential. A graduate degree or equivalent qualification is also required.
