Client Success Representative

We're looking for a skilled and engaging Client Success Representative to join our fast-growing team. This role involves being the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring their journey from inquiry to engagement is seamless, informative, and memorable.

This dynamic professional will be responsible for interacting with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs, providing clear and concise information about our health transformation programs. They will also guide new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process while coordinating with the internal coaching team for smooth onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a consultative and empathetic tone. They should be able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment, with good organisational and time-management skills. A customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude is essential, along with a willingness to take ownership and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads via various communication channels, responding promptly and accurately.
  • Provide detailed information about our health transformation programs.
  • Guide new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process, coordinating with the internal coaching team.
  • Maintain and update client data using our CRM tools and systems.
  • Support clients with after-enrolment needs, escalating concerns when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep clients informed of any unforeseen delays or process changes.
  • Contribute to community engagement and promotional initiatives as required.
  • Analyse data and collect feedback to improve client experience and retention.
  • Meet monthly client conversion targets, contributing to overall business growth.
