Senior Rubber Industry Production Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Shift Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling daily production activities, ensuring operations are performed as per established procedures.
- He/She will also be expected to effectively lead the team and coordinate with the Maintenance department to ensure seamless operations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate various equipment such as Batch reactors, Agitated Nutch Filters dryers, Centrifuges, Vacuum dryers, and gain experience in solvent recovery.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and schedule daily production activities to meet operational requirements.
- Lead the team to achieve production targets and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance department to address any maintenance issues.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as Batch reactors, Agitated Nutch Filters dryers, Centrifuges, Vacuum dryers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in the Rubber industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of process operations and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
