Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of our comprehensive SOX framework. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our internal audit and risk management processes.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, allocating resources, and leading staff members. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading / handling SOX and Audit engagements, as well as crafting and assessing process and controls.

The selected candidate will also possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with a good understanding of technical platforms and risk management practices.

Experience in service delivery, team handling, and supervision of team members is also essential. Additionally, the ability to address queries on SOX and audit issues is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant / Auditor with one or more degrees like CA, CPA, CIA, MBA
  • Proven experience in internal and/or external audit, process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Finance function or risk management function at a Top Corporate
  • Experience in SOX projects
