Voice Process Associate Specialist

We are seeking results-driven Voice Process Associates to support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and experience in international voice processes.
The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients, resolving queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any stream.
- 2–4 years of experience in US voice process/customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software.
