Job Title:

  • Operations Manager

About the Role:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our on-site operations, ensuring staff availability during working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee daily on-site operations, including headcount and employee check-ins, to ensure staff availability during working hours.

  2. Develop and implement effective training programs for temporary employees and new hires, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.

  3. Coordinate business review meetings with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance continuously and qualitatively.

  4. Monitor company activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

  5. Recruit, train, and induct employees to achieve and maintain designed staffing patterns, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

  6. Collaborate with supervisors and management to plan activities for higher productivity on production sites, driving business growth and success.

  7. Foster and develop relationships with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues, concerns, and grievances, promoting a positive work environment.

  8. Implement strategies to retain employees through motivation and encouragement, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.

  9. Manage employee pools by hiring, retaining, or terminating employees, evaluating performance, and counseling employees to improve performance, aligning with company goals.

  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee personal files and weekly temporary payrolls, facilitating effective personnel management.

  11. Provide orientations to employees on company values and culture, ensuring seamless integration into the organizational structure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
