Dynamic Trader Acquisitions Role

The Equity Advisor position is a demanding yet rewarding career path that necessitates a deep understanding of equity markets, fundamental knowledge of options and derivatives, meticulousness, pro-activeness, ability to operate under pressure and superior communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Securing large-scale trader clients with high-margin transactions
  • Executing trades in equities (cash and derivatives), currencies, and commodities
  • Ensuring efficient order management based on customer preferences
  • Generating leads for the sale/advisory of third-party products like health insurance, SIPs, life insurance, mutual funds
  • Coordinating daily tasks with RMS, Activation Team, Surveillance, and other departments for smooth branch operations
  • Obtaining regular approvals regarding limits, commercials, and offline customers' transition to online platforms
Major Challenges:
  • Acquiring large trader clients in a competitive market environment
  • Executing accurate orders amidst volatile market conditions
  • Regulatory changes pose significant challenges due to strict regulator policies on funding and margins
  • Encouraging traders to engage in transactions and activating clients to purchase additional products
  • Changing offline traders' mindset to adopt online platforms for seamless transactions
