Job Overview:

Strategic Operations & Service Leadership

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive service and maintenance strategy for mobile robotics, aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Oversee all aspects of MR operations, including SOPs for MR onboarding and field operations.

  • Operational Excellence: Lead the implementation of operational excellence initiatives across MR delivery, support, and customer engagement. Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve processes to enhance overall performance.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical guidance on complex mobile robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology advancements.
  • Customer Success & Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with high-value MR clients post-deployment. Act as a trusted advisor to address their unique needs and requirements.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in automotive tech, telematics, or aftermarket MR services.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems. In-depth knowledge of various technologies relevant to robotics, such as sensors, actuators, and control systems.
  • Requisites: Currently working with MR owners, a product company, or in the automotive industry is preferred.
