Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Quality Assurance function.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a proven track record of ensuring compliance with international standards.
  • This leadership position involves managing a team responsible for maintaining high-quality products across production, laboratory testing, and documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the QA/QC team to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures to guarantee product safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs), critical control points (CCPs), and preventive controls (PRPs).
  • Manage supplier relationships and audit their compliance with our quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of international food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the food or beverage industry.
  • Possess a degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
