Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to fill the position of Employee Relations Specialist. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of HR policies.

  • Awareness of applicable labour laws, recent amendments, and compliance requirements is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in handling employee complaints, investigating process violations, and taking appropriate actions against non-compliant employees.
  • Responsibilities include preparing inquiry reports, show cause notices, warning letters, and other documents related to Labour Law compliance.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Labour Law audits, responding to government notices, applying for licenses, visiting branches, and ensuring overall Labour Law compliance.
  • Payroll inputs and management are also key aspects of this role.
  • Maintenance of harmonious relations with government authorities, including regular visits to the P.F. office, is crucial.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferrably an MBA/PGDM in HR or Master in Industrial Labor Studies (MILS).
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications are required.
