Analytics Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Analytics Insights Specialist to play a key role in delivering data-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will focus on bespoke report building, dashboard development, and advanced data analysis using various tools and technologies.

Experience in data science is highly advantageous, including the application of machine learning and predictive modelling to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
  2. Perform advanced data analysis and visualisation to support business decision-making.
  3. Develop and maintain data pipelines and queries using SQL and Python.
  4. Apply data science techniques such as predictive modelling, classification, clustering, and regression to solve business problems and uncover actionable insights.
  5. Perform feature engineering and data preprocessing to prepare datasets for machine learning workflows.
  6. Build, validate, and tune machine learning models using tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
  7. Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance over time, ensuring they deliver consistent value.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data science problems and communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner.
  9. Use statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to validate assumptions and support decision-making.
  10. Document data science workflows and maintain reproducibility of experiments and models.
  11. Support the Data Analytics Manager in delivering analytics projects and mentoring junior analysts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications in data analysis and related fields.
  • Strong technical expertise in data analysis tools and technologies.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and AWS Glue.
  • Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
