Job Title: Business Insights Specialist

As a Business Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys to clients on internal and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting project requirements, setting up assessments/simulations, and delivering reports, including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Maintaining databases by collating scores from different tools.
  • Analyzing scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  • Creating data-driven dashboards using MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Identifying innovative ways to improve current processes and operating independently with strong domain knowledge.
  • Prior experience in operations and project management is an asset.
  • Stakeholder management, including status updates, query resolution, and risk documentation.
  • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions such as mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.
  • Business communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Flexibility, initiative-taking, accountability, and a collaborative approach are essential.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
