Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Management Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building security components, as well as testing the SailPoint IDN & IIQ Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and design SailPoint to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop expertise in virtual appliance (VA) concepts, Identity Profiles, cloud rules, transformation rules, migration, and deployments.
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and configure SailPoint integrations with various systems.
  • Quickly onboard applications and migrate users.
  • Build Java-based shell scripts, workflows, JML, custom rules, and liaise with teams on delivery, helping resolve technical issues, bugs, and enhancements.

Professional and Technical Skills:

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and implement solutions.
  • Knowledge of integrating various platforms with SailPoint, including Active Directory, HR apps, SAP Systems, Workday, AD, AzureO365, JDBC, and other cloud applications.
  • Implementation knowledge of access request customization and hands-on experience in Customization of Quicklink, User LCM, Certification, Custom workflows, forms, Rules, SailPoint IIQ API/REST API etc.
  • Strong JAVA/J2EE Development Knowledge.
  • Quick learner, team player, and self-starter willing to learn new technologies, cross-skilling, upskilling, good communication, presentation, articulation, and presentation skills.
