Job Title: Cloudflare WAF Specialist

 

Are you a seasoned security expert with hands-on experience in configuring and managing Cloudflare Web Application Firewall (WAF) rules, page shields, and threat intelligence filters? Do you have a passion for protecting online presence and staying ahead of emerging threats?

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Cloudflare WAF rules, page shields, and threat intelligence filters
  • Collaborate with application teams to validate WAF configurations before production rollout
  • Monitor web traffic anomalies, bot activity, and take proactive measures to prevent potential threats
  • Integrate WAF alerts with central SIEM/SOC for real-time visibility and swift response to security incidents

 

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Cloudflare WAF or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of web protocols, application headers, and TLS
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines and app security standards
  • Proficiency in generating reports for application owners and participating in threat modeling exercises

 

Certifications: Cloudflare Certified WAF Practitioner, CEH, GIAC Web Application Defender (GWEB), OWASP Top 10 – mastery preferred.
