A key role in our organization is the Business Analysis position.

This job requires a highly skilled professional to lead business analysis projects, oversee various tasks and teams, and ensure the successful implementation of new software applications.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of business analysis processes and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience working on web application projects using agile methodologies.

Business analysts in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as development and quality assurance teams, to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet these needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and testing business requirements for web applications. They will also be expected to create test plans, conduct functional and user acceptance testing, and document defects.

An additional responsibility of this role is to assist in system integration testing, ensuring that all web applications meet industry best practices and security standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4-8 years as a Business Analyst in web application projects.
  • Mastery of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall Methodologies:
  • Hands-on Experience in Software Testing, including functional and UAT testing.
  • Familiarity with Web Technologies, databases, and APIs.
  • Proficiency with Tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Selenium or other testing frameworks.
