Mobile and Web Developer Offshore Mid-Level 100 Remote Must be able to work second shift India time to overlap with U S business hours Full-Time 3-month probation period Work with a U S -based technology consulting firm serving industries such as Oil Gas Healthcare and Food Beverage Need to be able to join immediately About Smartbridge Smartbridge is a U S -based technology consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses transform through digital innovation and modern solutions As a Microsoft partner we design and implement strategies that simplify complex processes and deliver measurable results Our work spans several industries including Oil Gas Healthcare and Food Beverage This position lies at the intersection of quality assurance and business analysis supporting the delivery of reliable high-impact software solutions You ll play a hands-on role in ensuring product quality while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into testable functional outcomes About the Role We are seeking a mid-level Mobile and Web Developer to join our offshore development team This role requires hands-on experience in both mobile and web application development and testing You will work closely with our U S -based team to design develop and deliver high-quality mobile and web applications You will work on various consulting projects involving the development of cross-platform mobile apps and responsive web applications integrating multiple enterprise systems to help clients implement their digital transformation strategies Most projects commonly target Microsoft platforms such as Xamarin MAUI ASP NET Azure and modern frontend frameworks Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop mobile and responsive web applications using native cross-platform and modern web frameworks Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and frameworks such as Angular or React Work on system development tasks that include design development testing documentation deployment gathering requirements and analyzing processes Collaborate with UI UX teams to implement engaging user interfaces Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices Develop system specifications technical designs and software code Create and maintain program and technical documentation Support production systems by interacting with clients Manage and document system configurations Work closely with end-users business analysts and other stakeholders to coordinate plans and activities that affect the assigned projects Follow best practices in coding testing and documentation Qualifications24 years of mobile and web application development experience Proficiency in MAUI Xamarin React Native Flutter or similar cross-platform tools Proficiency in modern web development using JavaScript TypeScript React or Angular Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs JSON data handling and mobile web architectures Experience with Azure Mobile Services 4 years of experience using C and Microsoft development tools Visual Studio 4 years of development experience using Azure services App Services Azure Functions Service Bus Storage Azure SQL etc Experience in delivering solutions using enterprise design patterns like MVC CQRS SOLID principles and Micro Services architecture Strong database fundamentals and 5 years of experience using SQL Working knowledge of responsive design principles and browser compatibility considerations Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions independently and collaboratively Ability to multi-task and organize effectively to meet client service level expectations Self-motivated and shows initiative Preferred Skills Microsoft certifications or platform-specific credentials Experience working with CI CD pipelines and Git-based workflows Industry knowledge in Oil Gas Healthcare or Food Beverage Additional Information This is a remote offshore position with a requirement to overlap U S business hours until at least Noon CST Candidates must be available for daily team meetings and real-time collaboration The role includes a 3-month probation period During this period candidates must demonstrate performance reliability and complete any pending certifications Powered by JazzHR
