Senior Process Executive/Process Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a role that involves reviewing and ensuring all incoming and outgoing documents meet established quality standards, regulatory compliance, and internal processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-4 years of experience in the banking domain with a focus on document review.
  • Demonstrated expertise in document review, quality control, and compliance assurance.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Document Review: Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and legal requirements.
  • Quality Control: Assessing documents for completeness, consistency, clarity, and correctness, identifying discrepancies, errors, and missing information.
  • Compliance Assurance: Verifying adherence to procedural and regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Account Opening/Set up: Handling the complete process of account creation, ensuring accurate setup and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Account Maintenance: Managing ongoing maintenance of shareholder accounts, ensuring accurate details and updates.
  • Purchase Transaction Processing: Accurately processing purchase transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and agreements.
  • Redemption Transaction Processing: Processing redemption transactions related to financial products or services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and agreements and regulatory standards.

Please note that this position involves rotational shifts, including night shifts (US Shift), and immediate notice periods. Candidates should be available to work from our office in Bangalore.
