The Travel Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing all travel-related activities for employees, ensuring efficient travel arrangements, adherence to company policies, and cost-effective solutions.

  • This position requires adaptable professionals with 1-3 years of experience and a proven knowledge of travel desk operations.
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in processing travel insurance, visa, and forex requirements, managing end-to-end travel plans, and providing detailed travel itineraries.

The incumbent must be able to negotiate best fares/tariff through vendors, handle emergency changes/cancellations, and follow up with internal teams and travel agencies. This role also involves resolving travel-related queries and coordinating with external agencies, consulates, and other stakeholders.

This job requires strong communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a passion for constant improvement and innovation.
