Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of third-party Atlassian Marketplace plugins for optimal integration and functionality.
  • Workflow Optimization: Design, modify, and optimize JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, and issue indexing to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Analytical Skills: Perform in-depth analysis and documentation of existing functionalities to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
