Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist to create high-quality documentation for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define target audience and write documentation that meets company standards
  • Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical documentation is clear, complete, and accurate
  • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation processes and standards
  • Ensure user interface elements are customer-focused and user-friendly

Requirements:

  • Strong English writing skills
  • Knowledge of MSTP is required
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred
  • Good decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and analytical skills

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
