Job Description
The Senior Manager of Technology Transformation will be responsible for championing transformative initiatives that deliver impactful outcomes and elevate the employee experience. This involves developing and implementing robust measurement frameworks to assess and drive progress on complex, high-priority projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion transformative initiatives to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to assess project progress.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to address challenges on multifaceted initiatives.
  • Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine strategies and enhance business solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Direct and mentor a dynamic team through regular coaching and development planning.
  • Effectively guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys.

Requirements:

This role requires a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience, including 4+ years of direct people management experience.

  • Ten years of experience in technology project management or delivery management.
  • Four years of experience in direct people management.
  • One year of experience in transformation.
  • Experience with change management, business analysis, or process analysis.
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives.
