Main ResponsibilitiesBatch Planning & Coordination
  • Develop and implement batch schedules, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and support teams to ensure readiness and preparedness.
  • Monitor daily batch operations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, guide, and mentor batch managers/executives to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and facilitating skill development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Stakeholder Engagement & Quality Assurance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with academic, operations, and placement teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for batch-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and compliance, ensuring adherence to academic guidelines, processes, and policies.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
  • Regularly monitor attendance, progress, and performance of batches, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct quality checks on learning delivery and student support, making recommendations for enhancement and improvement.

  • Proven experience in batch management and leadership roles.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
