About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • SOP Development & Process Compliance:

    • Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
    • Ensure operational procedures meet audit requirements and maintain regulatory compliance.

Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Management:

  • Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze and report on core supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including lead time, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), inventory turns, and supplier performance.
  • Build dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools.

Procurement & Supplier Management:

  • Support the procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.

What We Offer:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or a similar regulated industry.
  • B Tech/ B. Pharma or MBA (Supply Chain Operations preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
  • Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
