Designation: Manager – Replenishment Planning (Supply Chain)

Reporting to: Supply Chain Lead – Africa Operations

Location: Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)

Role Type: Individual Contributor

This role involves designing replenishment frameworks, setting stocking norms, analyzing demand/sales data, and monitoring compliance by in-country distribution teams.

Our goal is to ensure product availability, minimize expiries, and drive supply chain efficiency in our retail pharmacy network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and continuously refine stocking norms, safety stock levels, and replenishment cycles for each pharmacy based on sales velocity and product criticality.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines for assortment management and seasonal demand variations.

  • Strong data modeling and dashboarding ability.
  • Business acumen in balancing availability with working capital.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders remotely across geographies.
  • Discipline in process design and governance.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based in an office environment with occasional travel to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and other locations as required.
