Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chief Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our alternative investment portfolio.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage various operational activities, including data entry, document management, and communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, performing quality control checks, and identifying areas for process improvements.

In addition, you will work closely with our fund accounting team to ensure seamless integration of financial data and provide support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).
