Job Description: Talent Acquisition Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Manager to spearhead our Placements team. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong background from a reputable business school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic partnerships with corporate entities for student placements and internships.
  • Designing and implementing effective strategies to onboard new corporate partners.
  • Nurturing relationships with existing corporate partners.
  • Finalizing partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum.
  • Organizing meetings and communication with corporate partners.
  • Evaluating partnership effectiveness to ensure high-quality placements.
  • Resolving issues and concerns that arise during placements.
  • Preparing reports on partnership status and outcomes for senior management.
  • Staying updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputable business school, with a specialization in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the placement process and industry requirements.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop successful placement strategies.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
