Job Overview

The ideal candidate ensures smooth HR processes, employee experience, compliance, and efficient administrative management while supporting niche hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and records management. Ensure payroll accuracy through attendance, leave, and compliance validation.
  • Maintain HRIS systems, reports, and analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • Support performance management and policy enforcement. Manage facilities, vendor relationships, and office administration.
  • Lead employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and R&R programs.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and organizational standards.
  • Optimize administrative resources and monitor budgets.
Talent Acquisition:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent acquisition needs.
  • Support recruitment for mid-level and specialist roles.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, campus partners, and internal stakeholders for selective hiring drives.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience during recruitment.
Strategic Initiatives:
  • Contribute to process improvement and HR automation projects.
  • Use HR data to drive insights and enhance employee experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen people operations frameworks.

The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance. They should have working exposure to facilities and administrative management, basic to intermediate experience in talent acquisition, excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, high ownership and detail orientation in a fast-paced environment.
