About the Role

The primary goal of this position is to lead end-to-end procurement and guarantee seamless project delivery. This encompasses developing comprehensive project plans, allocating resources, and managing risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute elaborate project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage procurements from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Create and implement efficient communication strategies to engage stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in procurement operations, preferably with hands-on knowledge of risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Hands-on experience with Procurement operations is highly desirable.
