Job Title: Customer Relationship Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
  • Product Selection: Perform accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
  • Order Management: Responsibilities include order and contract creation, follow-up, and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively manage internal and external stakeholder engagement (including end customers, field teams, design teams, and building authorities), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
  • Reporting and Communication: Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers as per the agreed process.
