Job Description

This role is responsible for leading and managing all paid digital distribution channels to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have a growth hacking mindset, be obsessed with social media and viral trends, and be able to strategically manage and expand distribution channels while reducing reliance on third-party vendors.

Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and managing a robust lead acquisition strategy, conducting rigorous A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance, analyzing data to identify new opportunities for growth, and iterating rapidly on successful strategies.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles, with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media, a deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels, and a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Paid Media Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with major paid platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Social Media Acumen: An obsession with social media platforms, including a deep understanding of audience behavior and the ability to identify and leverage viral trends for marketing advantage.
  • Channel Management: Demonstrated ability to manage, optimize, and expand digital distribution channels with minimal to no reliance on third-party agencies.
  • Growth Strategy: The capacity to ideate, execute, and iterate on growth strategies from start to finish.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on interpreting performance data to drive actionable insights.
