Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Executive will include:

  • Identifying and engaging potential franchisees, presenting our franchise model and business opportunities.
  • Conducting market research to identify new territories and expansion prospects.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet franchise growth targets.

You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless franchise setup, including operations and marketing support. You'll also represent Chai Waale at franchise-related events and exhibitions to generate leads.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding franchise sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of franchise business models and sales processes.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for business growth.
