Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our business development team as a Strategic Business Expansion Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various markets, including India, USA, UK, and EU.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive growth and retention.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform business strategy and decision-making.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and execute sales forecasts to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, life sciences).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical development portfolio management, data services, biostatistics, statistical programming, and medical writing.
- Proven track record of success in new business development, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
