AI Red Teaming Specialist

As an AI Red Teaming Specialist, you will be part of a global team responsible for identifying and addressing vulnerabilities in generative AI.

Job Description:

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to craft clever and sneaky prompts to bypass filters and guardrails on Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have expertise in LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking, as well as strong writing skills and attention to detail.

  • Craft prompts to target specific vulnerabilities defined by clients
  • Collaborate with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce high-quality work
  • Assist data scientists in conducting automated model attacks
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, AI, or ML
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
