About the Role

We are building a cutting-edge AI-driven go-to-market (GTM) platform and seek skilled professionals to design, execute, and scale outbound and inbound campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing B2B campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement GTM strategies to drive business growth.
  • Use AI/automation tools and GTM agents to optimize outreach and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build GTM playbooks for various industries.
  • Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure return on investment (ROI).
  • Mentor junior campaign executives and work closely with sales/marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in campaign execution and GTM workflows.
  • Strong understanding of outbound automation tools, enrichment platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • For senior roles (5+ years): proven ability in GTM strategy design, campaign scaling, and cross-functional execution.
  • Knowledge of AI/automation platforms or interest in adopting them into GTM.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
