The ideal candidate will drive cross-channel analytics platform implementation and maintenance, including setup, configuration, and integration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving development and implementation of approved solution designs for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch
  • Designing and implementing data connections from multiple sources into Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch
  • Creating and maintaining data schemas, datasets, and connections within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch
  • Building and optimizing Customer Journey Analytics workspaces, data views, and calculated metrics
  • Validating/QA data collection and configuration; conducting periodic audits and troubleshooting implementations

You should thrive in a deadline-driven environment, contributing to multiple projects at a time. A partnering and collaboration attitude are musts.
