Job Title: Ad Operations Lead

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital media operations.

This role involves guiding the team in setting up and executing digital media campaigns using various platforms.

  • Implement quality frameworks to maintain high-quality work from the team
  • Closely monitor daily operations, identify process gaps, and resolve them with supervisor guidance
  • Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues across platforms/ad-tech and develop proactive solutions
  • Determine team training requirements for smooth account/project transitions
  • Analyze team concerns during daily operations and provide insights to supervisors to minimize risks
  • Effectively communicate technical information to internal and onshore partners

Required Qualifications:

  • A full-time graduate degree (mandatory)
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing digital media campaigns across various channels
  • Extensive knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows, with at least 1 year of experience using CM 360
  • Strong understanding of third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools like IAS and DoubleVerify
  • Solid individual contributor and collaborative team player
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and business strategy translation
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and subject matter expertise
