Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to spearhead the integration of various hardware and software components. The ideal candidate will possess 9-12 years of experience in installation, qualification, development, and configuration of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define system architecture and lead the implementation of technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and manage re-work during testing and validation activities
  • Develop expertise in Automation, SCADA, Historian, MES & related Software projects over the entire project lifecycle
  • Oversee upgradation, patching, hardware support, security, and system access while providing technical guidance on implementing upgrades and patching
  • Analyze recipe processes to conceptualize electronic recipe design, plan logical & operational workflow, define data input & output, parameters
  • Experience with modules such as User management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing, XSI console, Equipment Management, Material Flow management, Weigh & Dispense, PI Assembly
  • Design recipe processes, simulate, and test for optimal results
  • Analyze customization functions and develop designs for implementation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 9-12 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Proficiency in tools like Siemens Opcenter EXPH, SAP MES
  • Strong skills in Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building & reporting template design

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good working knowledge of Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building & reporting template design
