DevOps Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to establish and manage a structured code development process for our organization using Jira, Bitbucket, and best-practice CI/CD and QA controls.

  • Key Responsibilities: Design and implement a robust code change management process using Jira and Bitbucket, integrate QA checkpoints, peer reviews, and approval workflows into the development lifecycle, enforce segregation of duties (SoD) to prevent unauthorized or uncontrolled code promotions to production, and establish a CI/CD pipeline that includes version control, automated testing, and secure deployment practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in DevOps, configuration management, or similar roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Bitbucket.
  • Experience managing code workflows in environments such as SailPoint, or similar identity and access management (IAM) platforms.
  • Familiarity with QA practices, code review protocols, and promotion processes.
  • Knowledge of access control models, especially around SoD (Segregation of Duties).
  • Ability to automate workflows and integrate tools across the development lifecycle.
