Job Title: Java Developer Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Java developer to create high-quality questions for assessments and learning modules at our development center. This role is ideal for someone with strong Java fundamentals who enjoys problem-solving and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Theory Questions: Develop multiple-choice, short-answer, and scenario-based questions that test theoretical knowledge of Java.
  • Coding Challenges: Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases that evaluate real-world Java skills.
  • Question Categorization: Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard) to ensure fair assessment.
  • Content Quality: Ensure originality and high quality of questions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the development team to align with assessment requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Core Java Knowledge: Strong understanding of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
  • Data Structures and Algorithms: Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot: Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and practical use cases is a plus.
  • Content Writing: Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content.
  • Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is an advantage.
