Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading user research initiatives to inform product development and drive business growth.

  • Assist in local research team management, establishing and implementing overall research strategies. Develop reasonable research plans with clear objectives.
  • Collect and analyze user behavior through field visits, user interviews, surveys, and desk research.
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations, promoting the implementation of research outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years' experience in user research, with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  2. At least a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Anthropology, Marketing, Business, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
  3. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with fluency in other local languages.
  4. Familiarity with various user research methodologies, such as interviews, fieldwork, moderating focus groups, survey design, and data analysis.
  5. Experience conducting a range of research methods applicable to all product stages from conception to release, driving tangible outcomes with product teams.
